Technique & Texture
The ribbon’s width fluctuates, thickest and most cream along the lower arc, more brassy and thinner toward the top, and inside the ribbon a circular brushstroke is visible. This is a hand-painted painting on canvas – the gold is speckled with fine dark pores, the trace of a real hand.
