The general conditions of the svetslik.si online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The general business conditions determine the operation of the svetslik.si online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between svetslik.si and the customer. The general terms and conditions of business also regulate individual purchase rules at pick-up points.
The customer is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). When placing an order, the user is specifically reminded of the general business terms and conditions and confirms his familiarity with them by placing the order.
Types of users
With a one-time registration in the online store svetslik.si via e-mail, the visitor becomes a guest of svetslik.si, and with a confirmed registration in the online store svetslik.si becomes a member of svetslik.si. Both the guest and the member (hereinafter also the user) acquire the right to purchase in the svetslik.si online store.
The visitor can register as a member of svetslik.si both online and through the svetslik.si mobile application, and one-time registration as a guest of svetslik.si is only possible online.
When registering in the online store as a member of svetsliks,i, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password. The user name and password of the svetslik.si member are unambiguously defined and linked to the entered data.
Registration is also possible during the purchase process.
If the user wishes to change his e-mail address to another at any time later, he must send a request to info@svetslik.si. The change of e-mail address will be carried out on the same or the next working day at the latest, and the user will be informed about this via e-mail.
The purchase of certain items that are in stock at the individual pick-up point of Matemero d.o.o. is also possible without registering in the online store svetslik.si at the regular price.

The price in the svetslik online store is shown as the online price and the regular price. The online price applies to all registered users of svetslik.si (that is, for users who trust svetslik.si with their data). You become a registered user of svetslik.si by registering in the online store as a member of svetslik.si or by entering the online store once as a guest of svetslik.si. At the pick-up points, individual items are available for purchase and the regular price and the online price are displayed on them.
The regular price is the price that applies to unregistered users who are not members of svetslik.si or guests of svetslik.si and who nevertheless want to make a purchase at the Matemero d.o.o. pick-up point.
Best offer of the day
The best offer of the day is a specially reduced price of an item that is valid for a period of 24 hours (from 0:00 to 23:59 of that day) for certain items marked with a discount in the svetslik.si offer and valid until stocks are sold out. Next to the item, the discount percentage is indicated

Images from stock as well as images that are not in stock are available.
Pictures that are in stock can be delivered within 6 working days.
Pictures that are not in stock can be delivered in 15 – 45 working days.
The customer has the option to order an image that is not in stock or an image dimension that is not published on the website based on the offer received via e-mail.
The item labeled “News” is a newly added item to the offer. With this label, it will be exposed for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 2 months.
The item marked “Sale” has an additional reduced price compared to the online price, which is valid until the stock of this item is sold out. The discount percentage is indicated next to the item.

Sales contract between Matemera d.o.o. and customers in the svetlik.si online store is concluded at the moment when svetlik.si sends the customer the first email about the status of his order (with the title: confirmation of order receipt). With this, all prices and other conditions, as derived from the placed order, become fixed and apply to Matemera d.o.o. as well. as for the buyer. The person with the information specified when placing the order is considered a buyer. It is not possible to change the customer data later.
The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic message about the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the svetslik.si server.
Payment methods
Matemero d.o.o. enables the following payment methods:
with cash upon collection*
by transfer to the account of Matemero d.o.o. according to the offer/estimated invoice**
*For individual orders, we reserve the right to request payment by bank transfer to the account of Matemerod.o.o. according to the offer/proforma invoice, while the Price still applies.
**After receipt of payment according to the offer/proforma invoice, the order will proceed to the processing process.
Issuance of an invoice after the purchase of paintings on canvas
Matemero d.o.o. after the delivery of the ordered items, the invoice is also sent to the buyer in PDF format to the buyer’s e-mail address. In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the purchased items upon collection. The buyer receives an invoice for each separate order or separate shipment within the order separately.
The invoice contains a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.

The online price applies to all registered users of svetslik.si who are Matemero d.o.o. trust your information. You become a registered user of svetslik.si by registering in the online store as a member of svetslik.si or by entering the online store once as a guest of svetslik.si.
regular price
Purchases by non-registered users are subject to the Regular price. Items are available for purchase at regular price exclusively at mimovrste d.o.o. pick-up points. The regular price is usually higher than the Online price. Customers can also register as a member or place an order as a guest at the pick-up points, and by doing so, Matemero d.o.o. they trust their data, they enjoy the advantages of online prices. It is not possible to redeem gift vouchers, bonuses, promotional codes, etc. when making a purchase at the pick-up point.
Where only one price is listed next to the item, it means that the Online Price and the Regular Price are the same. However, when the regular price is crossed out for an item, it means that registered customers of the svetslik.si online store have the option to buy the item at the online price.
All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.
The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions.
Discounts, promotional codes, etc. as a rule, they do not add up. The discount for the individual item and the promotional code are combined.
Deposited funds from gift vouchers, bonuses and advance invoices do not bear interest. Gift vouchers and discount bonus codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
At the pick-up point, individual items are available for purchase at a price equal to their price from the svetslik.si online store. All published prices at pick-up points include VAT. It is not possible to redeem gift vouchers, bonuses, promotional codes, etc. when making a purchase at the pick-up point.
Purchase of wall pictures for legal entities
The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that in the first step you select the company account option and confirm your agreement to the terms of business. If you’ve already shopped for a company, just select it from your archive.
If you want a business account, you accept the terms of business that apply to businesses. The main difference is in the possibility of withdrawing from the contract: we do not allow companies, sole proprietors and other legal entities to return the delivered items.
The listed legal entities do not have the option of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item without reason, as is the case for consumers (natural persons).
Refunds for legal entities are not possible. For legal purchases

The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract
The consumer (the above applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the article for purposes outside of their commercial activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of taking over the articles that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts counting one day after the date of collection of the items.
Withdrawal from the contract is sent by the consumer to the seller’s e-mail address: info@svetslik.si.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received article or by mail to the address of the company Matemero d.o.o..
The return of the received items to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the articles unhindered until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items to the extent necessary to determine the actual condition. The consumer is responsible for a decrease in the value of the goods if the decrease is the result of conduct that is not absolutely necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (which, in the case of shipping, is calculated according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment/package/cargo). The item must be returned to the seller no later than within 30 days of the sent notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for contracts, the subject of which is an article that was manufactured according to the consumer’s exact instructions, that was adapted to his personal needs, that due to its nature is not suitable for return
Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods:
for pictures that are made according to the exact instructions of the consumer and adapted to his personal needs;
for the service provided, if the company fulfills the contract in full and the provision of the service began based on the consumer’s express prior consent and consent to lose the right to withdraw from the contract when the company fully fulfills it;
The refund of payments made, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to the choice of a type of delivery that is not the most affordable standard form of delivery offered by the company) will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract . The company returns the received payments to the consumer using the same means of payment that the consumer used (which is most commonly by payment to a transaction account), unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of a different means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
In case of withdrawal from the contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user. When withdrawing from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and is returned to the user as a gift voucher, and the amount paid is returned to the user.
In exceptional cases, when the items are not returned in accordance with the ZVPot, we can offer the consumer the purchase of the item with appropriate compensation, which is determined in the minutes upon return. The purchase with a reduced value is taken into account upon confirmation of the consumer by e-mail. The consumer benefits from the aforementioned redemption fee only when ordering another item of the same or higher value.
The right to a refund of the purchase price in the case of warranty claims and material defects is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (unofficial consolidated text).
Real error
The consumer can assert his rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. The consumer must accurately describe the defect in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the item.
The seller is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered. A defect in the goods is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery.
The consumer, who has correctly informed the seller about the error, has the right to demand from the seller that:
rectify the defect in the goods or return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or
replaces the defective goods with a new flawless one or
returns the amount paid.
When is an error real?
When:
the article does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation
the article does not have properties that are necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of
the article does not have properties and features that have been expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
the seller has delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown for notification purposes only.
How is the suitability of the item checked?
It is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, and at the same time with the manufacturer’s statements or indications on the item itself.
How does the actual error take effect?
The buyer must notify us of a potential material defect along with a precise description of it within the statutory deadline and at the same time allow us to inspect the item.
The right to assert a material defect in an item is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Delivery
Our contractual partners for the delivery of parcels in the territory of Slovenia are Pošta Slovenije and DPD, but svetslik.si reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.
Delivery costs are €10. In the case of made-to-order paintings, delivery costs will be communicated to the customer prior to purchase.
Protection of personal data
Svetslik.si undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and ZVOP-1.
All detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Principles chapter. The user must be aware that he is obliged to provide the online trader with his personal data in a correct and true form, and he is also obliged to inform the online trader of any change in his data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user confirms that the personal data he has provided is correct.
Limitation of liability
Svetslik.si does its best to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery dates or the price can change so quickly that svetslik.si is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, svetslik.sikup will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered article.
Svetslik.si is not responsible for the content of opinions about articles written by visitors. Svetslik.si reviews opinions before publication and rejects those that contain obvious falsehoods, are inappropriate, misleading or offensive. Svetslik.si is not responsible for the information in the opinions and limits itself from any responsibility arising from the information provided in the opinions.
Svetslik.si has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the OZ). An obvious error is considered to be a mistake in the essential properties of the article and all mistakes that are considered decisive according to the customs of the trade or the intention of the customers and which svetslik.si would not have confirmed or concluded a contract with had it known. This also includes obvious pricing errors.
Complaints and disputes
Svetslik.si respects the applicable legislation on consumer protection. Svetslik.si does its best to fulfill its duty of providing an efficient complaint handling system.

Svetslik.si is aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs required to resolve the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. That is why svetslik.si does its best to resolve any disputes amicably.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms of Mimovrste d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
