Orders are processed in the order received. In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances that could affect the delivery deadline, we will notify you immediately.
Carrier and delivery within Slovenia
Orders for Slovenia are delivered via Pošta Slovenije.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm payment. The cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
International delivery
International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, DPD or GLS.
Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Switzerland:

Personal collection – free (for orders within Slovenia only)
Your order can be collected free of charge in person at one of two collection points:

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9.00–12.00 and 16.00–19.00, Sat 9.00–13.00
When placing your order, select the Personal Collection option and indicate your preferred collection point. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are travelling from far away, please confirm your visit in advance by e-mail or phone.
Shipment tracking
As soon as we hand your order to the carrier, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail. Use this number to check the real-time delivery status directly on the chosen carrier’s website.
If you experience any tracking issues or delays, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Packaging
All paintings are packed in protective packaging suitable for safe delivery. Larger paintings are additionally secured with corner guards and protective film.
Upon receipt, please check the condition of the packaging. Any damage caused during transport should be photographed and reported to us at info@svetslik.si with a description and photographs within 48 hours of receipt.
