As the starting price for single-panel canvases in our shop is ~€139, a typical canvas order to Germany or Switzerland will incur a shipping cost of €65. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
The exact shipping cost for all international orders is calculated at checkout based on order contents and destination.
Personal collection — free (available only for orders within Slovenia)
You may collect your order free of charge at one of two collection points:

When placing your order, select Personal Collection and indicate your preferred collection point. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email. If you are travelling from far away, please confirm your visit in advance by email or phone.
Shipment tracking
As soon as we hand your order to the carrier, we will send you a tracking number by email. Use this number to check the real-time delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
If you experience any tracking issues or delays, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Packaging
All paintings are packed in protective packaging suitable for safe delivery. Larger paintings are additionally protected with corner guards and wrapping film.
Upon receipt, please inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage caused during transport, photograph it and notify us at info@svetslik.si with a description and photographs within 48 hours of receipt.
