Every painting in this category is a hand-painted reproduction of Schiele’s work – the originals hang in museums, most of them at the Leopold Museum in Vienna. Each of our paintings is a unique piece of handwork, not a print.

How is the painting painted?
Our painter lays oil paint onto the canvas by hand, working from the original, layer over layer, and nothing is printed. It is brushwork, so the run of the line and the thickness of the paint come out slightly differently on every piece. At the end we stretch the canvas over a frame, so the reproduction arrives ready to hang.
How long does delivery take?
Each painting is started only after you order and is painted entirely by hand, so nothing is held in stock. How long it takes depends on the size you choose and on the current workload of our studio. When the work is finished we send you a photograph for approval, and we dispatch only once you have agreed.
