Description
Mary with Jesus: an upright painting for bedrooms, nurseries and baptism gifts
The Mary with Jesus painting is done in the manner of an icon: Mary, in a blue veil with a gold border and a gold star above her brow, rests her cheek against the young Jesus, who looks up into her face. Behind them shine gold and brown rays. It comes in 4 upright sizes, from 40 x 60 to 100 x 150 cm. Above a 150 cm dresser choose 100 x 150 cm, about two thirds of its width, beside a bed 80 x 120 or 60 x 90 cm, and in a nursery 40 x 60 cm, also as a baptism gift.
Choose YES under Stretcher and the Mary with Jesus canvas arrives stretched on a wooden stretcher, ready to hang. A frame is optional: for this mother-and-child icon the Frame menu starts at “Without frame”. The 40 x 60 and 60 x 90 cm sizes arrive in 6 days, the others in 15–45 days. Mother, child and golden rays are hand-painted with a brush, so this painting is not a print.
