Head is a painting by Fernando Botero: a large, round woman’s face with a pearl necklace, red earrings and a small pursed mouth. We paint our hand-painted study of Head to order on canvas, in oil or acrylic, in 8 sizes from 27 × 35 cm to 130 × 170 cm or in a custom size. What does Head show?
In Head a round, rosy woman’s face with small brown eyes, a little nose and pursed red lips fills almost the whole canvas; her dark hair is combed to one side, and she wears a pearl necklace and a violet dress with a red edge. With enlarged forms and tiny features Botero created his recognisable style, which is why Head feels serious and witty at once.
How is our hand-painted study of Head made?
