Painting Frame – with the help of a web application
At svetslik.si, we have taken a step forward. We have developed a special web application that allows you to digitally place a frame on a chosen painting.
How does the painting framing application work?
When you find a painting in our selection, click on the “add frame to painting” dropdown menu located below the menu where you choose the painting’s dimensions. A frame will be digitally placed around the selected painting. The frames are interchangeable, and you can choose from more than 50 different frames. Sample photos of frames, where you can choose the color, shape, and type of frame, appear below the painting.
The main advantage of our application is that the frame’s width automatically adjusts visually to the selected painting’s dimensions. This gives you an insight into the real final appearance of the delivered framed painting.
A frame on a 180 x 180 cm dimension appears narrower compared to a frame on a 50 x 50 cm painting.
The frames available come in various widths, ranging from 4.5 cm to 12 cm. The application takes the frame’s width into account in proportion to the selected painting’s dimensions. If the painting is larger in size, the frame on the website will appear narrower next to the painting. If the painting is smaller in size, the frame next to the painting will appear wider. Simple, isn’t it? 🙂
When selecting a frame, a cross-section of the frame is shown above the painting’s price, allowing you to visualize the surface and structure of the frame from a side view. Additional information about the frame’s width, height, and the space available for the subframe’s thickness is provided.
