Can I see the painting framed before buying?
Yes, choose a frame on the product page and the 3D preview shows the painting in it – rotate it and inspect it up close. You pick the painting-and-frame combination without risk.
How long does a custom painting take?
A custom painting is usually completed in 15 to 45 working days, depending on size and complexity. Before shipping you receive a photo of the painting for approval.
Does the painting arrive stretched?
Yes, the painting is stretched on a wooden stretcher, ready to hang. On request we also advise on a frame that suits the motif and the room.
Can I return a painting?
Most purchases carry a 14-day return right under European law. The exception is paintings made to order and personalised to your requirements – these are legally excluded from returns. Details are in the return policy.
