Description
Golden Grid – a night map of gold ribbons
Ruler-straight metallic gold-foil ribbons crossing at many angles over a matte near-black – an irregular star grid with triangular black windows: the widths range from broad ribbons to threads, and steep diagonals cutting both ways dominate.
Technique & Texture
The densest knots are at the upper right, where a tall star-shaped intersection converges, and at the left edge mid-height, while across the centre runs a wider, slightly rising horizontal ribbon. This is a hand-painted painting on canvas – the foil is mirror-metallic and catches the light, and the ground is a matte charcoal with a fine brush texture.
The Motif
At the very centre one large calm black triangle remains, an island of silence in the maze. A night satellite map or a shining spider-web – a cartographic look in which every thread flows somewhere.
Styling & Placement
An elegant decorative painting for offices, living rooms and reception areas; the gold grid draws the eye, the black ground gives it depth. Wall art for modern, graphic spaces.

Golden Mesh for a living room, office or reception
Golden Mesh comes in 14 square sizes, from 40 x 40 to 180 x 180 cm. Let the gold ribbons on their matte black ground cover about two thirds of the furniture below: over a 200 cm sofa or waiting bench 130 x 130 or 140 x 140 cm, above a bed 160–180 cm wide, 110 x 110 or 120 x 120 cm, over a 150 cm sideboard 100 x 100 cm, and in a narrower hallway 60 x 60 or 70 x 70 cm. A large reception wall can take 160 x 160 or 180 x 180 cm.
In the photograph Golden Mesh hangs on a wall beside a long office corridor with wooden benches, in a thin gold frame. Choose YES under Stretcher and the black canvas with its foil arrives on a wooden stretcher, ready to hang. A frame is optional: for Golden Mesh the Frame menu opens at Without frame. Delivery takes 15–45 days. The foil and the brush-textured charcoal ground are laid by hand, so Golden Mesh is hand-painted and not a print.
