Technique and texture
Each block is a single pass of a wide blade, pulled once and never corrected. The colours were laid wet into wet, so they mix where they meet and produce intermediate tones that were never on the palette. In places the paint is drawn so thin that the white of the canvas shows through.
The motif
The blocks are set in a loose grid that thickens toward the middle and thins toward the edges. The left runs yellow and green, the middle red and orange, the right blue and violet, so the whole behaves as a crossing from one cold edge through a warm middle to the other. No shape becomes an object; the motif stays pure colour construction, and every edge fades into white so the mass floats.
Setting and placement
Because the canvas contains most of the colour wheel, it will find something to agree with in a room that is already furnished rather than demanding a scheme of its own. The wide landscape crop suits the run above a sofa or a dining table.

The painting Movement exists in 18 landscape sizes, from 80 x 40 to 340 x 170 cm. Its colour blocks, running from yellow to violet, should stretch over about two thirds of the furniture beneath. Above a 200 cm sofa the right choice is 130 x 65 or 140 x 70 cm, above a 180 cm dining table 120 x 60 cm, and above a 160 cm bed 110 x 55 cm. A long, shallow hallway takes 150 x 75 cm.
Each block is hand-painted in a single pass of a wide blade, so Movement is not printed and the colours mix into in-between tones where they meet. When you choose YES under Stretcher, the canvas with its yellow-green, red-orange and blue-violet zones arrives stretched on a wooden stretcher, ready to hang. A frame for Movement is optional and added in the Frame menu, which starts at Without frame. Movement reaches you in 15–45 days.
