Orange Wave – painting, hand-painted on canvas

The Orange Wave painting: an orange, yellow and magenta wave with gold stripes in three panels

The Orange Wave painting, an orange, yellow and magenta wave with gold stripes, hangs as three equal panels side by side in a row. Each size in the dropdown is the whole Orange Wave set, width first.

At 70 x 40 cm each panel is about 23 cm wide and 40 cm tall; at 90 x 60 cm, 30 cm wide and 60 cm tall; at 120 x 80 cm, 40 cm wide and 80 cm tall; at 150 x 100 cm, 50 cm wide and 100 cm tall; at 175 x 95 cm, about 58 cm wide and 95 cm tall; at 180 x 120 cm, 60 cm wide and 120 cm tall; at 205 x 115 cm, about 68 cm wide and 115 cm tall; at 210 x 140 cm, 70 cm wide and 140 cm tall; at 245 x 135 cm, about 82 cm wide and 135 cm tall; and at 260 x 145 cm, about 87 cm wide and 145 cm tall.

The 70 x 40 cm set suits a narrow wall, a hallway or the space above a desk; over a 135 cm hallway console, choose 90 x 60 cm, and over a 180 cm dining-room buffet the 120 x 80 cm set looks right. Above a 225 cm sectional sofa, choose the 150 x 100 cm set, about two thirds of its width. A lobby or waiting room calls for 210 x 140 cm, and the sets from 245 x 135 to 260 x 145 cm suit an open-plan room or a staircase wall.

Each Orange Wave panel arrives stretched on a wooden stretcher, included in the price. Hang the panels with equal gaps from the middle one, so the wave runs on. Delivery takes 15–45 days. The orange, yellow, magenta and plum wave is hand-painted, so the painting is not a print. The photograph shows the three panels on a pale wall in slim silver frames, which are for illustration only; the Orange Wave set arrives unframed.
