Description
An abstract composition builds tension between white and red: a bright, silver-grey base is animated by massive relief layers, at the centre of which stands a red geometric element with two white square openings. Gold-brown textures in the left and lower parts act as a hotspot of warmth in an otherwise cool palette. Droplets and runs of dark paint across the light background give the painting dynamism and vitality. The whole has an industrial, almost architectural look — a fragment of a building or a structure, abstracted to its essence. A wall decoration with pronounced material presence that needs no colourful subject to be visually intense.
