In the oil on canvas Camille Monet On Her Deathbed Monet used many shades of blue and gray as well as yellow/orange and red shades. The light in the painting appears to come from the right and fall on Camille’s face. Although her veiled face is clearly shown, the rest of this oil on canvas is very blurred. Camille was Monet’s favorite subject and the painter depicted her in many paintings.
